Where can you ship to? We ship worldwide. There may be particular locations that we might require additional information to ship to, if so, we will get in touch with you ASAP.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay? Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. All items are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs. Hayley’s Bridal has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Does Hayley’s Bridal ship to multiple addresses? We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
What kind of warranty or guarantee do you offer on your products? We sell products that we believe to be of high quality and reliability. Before shipping each dress to our customers, our Q&C personnel will conduct detailed check of the items to ensure the high quality.
Is it possible to amend my order after I’ve placed it? We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.
Can deliveries be made during weekends and public holidays? We regret to inform you that our logistics partners are unable to deliver during weekends and public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcels during business days only.
What if I would like to alter the dress, like make the dress shorter? Please understand that each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the dress in any way.
I’m missing an item from my order. What do I do? We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
I have received an incorrect / faulty item. What should I do? Rest assured that Hayley’s Bridal strives to deliver your item(s) correctly, in a condition that is safe and in one-piece.
